Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, 80% of the booked services is due.

The following terms apply to group reservations of 3 or more rooms:
Free cancellation of the entire reservation is possible up to 30 days before arrival; after that, 80% of the booked services is due.
