Cancellation Policy

Peak Season: If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a €50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 80% of the booked services is due.

Off-season: Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, 80% of the booked services is due.

More Information

The “Schwanennest” and “Feenwald” vacation rentals range from 100 m² to 120 m² and include parking, bed linens, and towels, as well as options for a wide variety of family- and child-friendly amenities. Dogs are welcome!

Important: During peak season, our vacation rentals can only be booked on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Please send an email to inquire about peak season rates and packages. During the off-season, bookings can be made flexibly, even online.
